The workplan is organized in six work packages (WPs), of which three are of crosscutting nature: WP1 is dedicated to project management, WP2 serves to activate the EU27 Member States Parliamentary network, aiming at discussing the new EED and EPBD and their impact on EE policy making on national levels, to be coupled with narratives development and testing. WP5 is dedicated to Dissemination and Communication.
